Hollow glass bannerA diverse range of silver-coated particulate products are available from Hart Materials. Substrates include, glass, nickel, copper, aluminium, ferrite and ceramic, and silver content ranges from 4% to 40%.

Particle sizes start at 4 microns and go up to 90 microns, with density as low as 0.5 grams per cubic centimetre.

Silver-coated particles are becoming used in increasing quantities, in applications that require premium electrically conductive fillers, generally for high technology situations where performance is critical.

These particles exhibit unique advantages, as electrically conductive fillers incorporated into a wide range of products such as adhesives, lacquer, paint coatings, EMI gaskets, greases and lubricants.
