Silver-Coated Copper Particles

As well as benefiting from the very high conductivity of the copper core, silver-coated copper particles offer a number of options to suit specific applications.

They are available in four distinctly different morphological forms – spheres, granules, flakes and dendrites – and come in a wide range of particle sizes, from 3.5 microns up to 105 microns.

EMI shielding
Conductive adhesives
Conductive paints and coatings

Advantages:

Most conductive combination of metals
Dendrites give excellent compression set in FIP gaskets
Flakes make very conductive coatings
Granular particles are compatible with heat curing
