Vale Nickel Plating Chips are a sulphur-free, high purity anode material discrete discs, generally 18–22mm in diameter with a thickness of 4–5mm.
Since the material is sulphur-free, it is used in chloride-containing solutions providing smooth and rapid dissolution.
During the process, the chips are contained in titanium mesh anode baskets with suitable anode bags and are supplied by Hart Materials in standard 50kg packs.
