Hart Materials has expanded its silver-coated particles range and now supplies no fewer than 68 different products, 32 with coatings on glass substrates and a further 36 with non-glass substrates.
Silver-coated particles are becoming used in increasing quantities, in applications that require premium electrically conductive fillers, generally for high technology situations where performance is critical.
In addition to glass, substrate materials, amongst others, include copper, aluminium and nickel, and sizes go from 2µm right up to 100µm.
The whole family of silver-coated particles exhibit distinct advantages, when compared with pure silver, which is more costly.
