NOVAMET Nickel Powder Type 4SP

NOVAMET produces the unique Type 4SP range of high purity spherical nickel powders for use in specialised metallurgical applications. These materials have a tightly controlled particle size distribution combined with an extremely regular and smooth spherical morphology. Four separate size grades are available as stock items:

 
INCO Nickel Powder Type HDNP

INCO HDNP nickel powder is a discrete semi-spherical nickel powder with a rough surface that is ideal for applications where blending with a variety of other particles is critical. It is the largest of the NOVAMET/INCO powders and exhibits good flow characteristics due to the particle size and relatively high apparent density.

 
INCO Nickel Powder Type 123

INCO Type 123 Nickel powder is a long established high purity powder with an irregular shape and a ‘spiked’ surface. It exhibits a large surface area per unit volume together with a sigh surface activity which facilitates rapid diffusion during sintering processes. Type 123 powder has been used for many decades in a very wide range of powder metallurgical processes and in nickel salt manufacture.
